Available Cats

Lars
Lars
Siamese Cross Flame point Male - neutered Date of birth: November 2017 *AT PET VALU TAYLOR* Lars was surrendered to our care from the Portage la Prairie animal services. This cuddly boy is such a love bug! Lars is a sweet, loving boy and gets along well with other cats--he is somewhat tolerant of dogs as well. He can be a bit shy at first, but he warms up to people quickly. If you would like to meet Lars, you can visit him at Pet Valu Taylor in the Grant Park Festival strip mall (1134 Taylor Avenue) during regular store hours.
Jigsaw
Jigsaw
Siamese Cross Flame point Male - neutered Date of birth: October 2017 Jigsaw was originally surrendered as a stray from Portage la Prairie prior to coming into our care. This big boy is easy-going and mild-mannered. He is very sweet and loves to have his head scratched. If you would like to meet this gentle giant, you can visit Jigsaw at our store location at 38 Barberry Road.
March
March
Siamese cross Flame Point Male Date of birth: October 2018 March is the last of his mom, January's, litter. This sweetie pie loves to explore and play, but he doesn't mind stopping for a while and cuddling as well. If you would like to meet this wonderful boy, you can visit him at our store location at 38 Barberry Road.
Tabitha
Tabitha
Domestic short hair Grey tabby with tortoises shell markings Female - spayed Date of birth: September 2017 Tabitha was surrendered as a stray from Hanover, MB. She is curious and sweet, but is quite shy and requires extra time to get used to new situations. Once comfortable, she is quite playful and fun. Tabitha likes the company of older, female cats and will require a quiet family without any young children to allow her time to gain confidence. If you would like to meet this lovely girl, you can visit Tabitha at our store location at 38 Barberry Road.
Kanga
Kanga
Domestic Short Hair Grey Tabby Female - Spayed Date of birth: May 2018 Kanga came to Rescue Siamese with her brother, Roo. She is a sweet and lovable girl who loves to explore and play, but also likes to be cuddled and to have her head scratched. She is a confident girl and gets along quite well with most other cats. If you would like to meet Kanga, you can visit her at our store location at 38 Barberry Road.
Ripley
Ripley
Siamese Cross Seal Point Female - spayed Date of birth: September 2013 *FIV-POSITIVE* Ripley was surrendered to us by her previous owner. She is what would be considered a more "extreme" Siamese, as she is unsure of new situations, weary of strangers, and definitely plays favourites when it comes to humans. She has a strong personality, and very independent. Ripley will require a quiet home without any children, and likely no other pets. Ripley is FIV+ which, like the human version of the virus (HIV), it means that her immune system is not as strong as an average cat. FIV cannot be passed on to humans or other animals--it is transmitted only between cats, through direct contact with blood (ie. bites and scratches). If you would like to meet Ripley, you can visit her at our store location at 38 Barberry Road.
Roo
Roo
Siamese Cross Lynx Point Male - neutered Date of birth: May 2018 Roo came into our care with his sister, Kanga. Roo is a rambunctious boy who loves to run around and play. He loves to get attention from the volunteers at Rescue Siamese--especially when it comes to play time! Roo is very confident and is definitely more of an "alpha" cat. If would you like to meet Roo, you can visit him at our store location at 38 Barberry Road.
Zucchini
Zucchini
Siamese Cross White Male Date of birth: May 2018 Zucchini is the ringleader of the Farmer’s Market bunch! He is a very smart and curious boy who is always the first to check out something new! He has a TON of energy and is looking for a family to share his toys with! If you would like to meet Zucchini, you can visit him at our store location at 38 Barberry Road.
Reason
Reason
Domestic Short Hair Grey Tabby Female Date of birth: September 2018 Reason came into our care with Rebel and Rhyme. She is the private investigator of the group--she is curious and loves to observe the world around her. She is more shy and private than the other two, but doesn't mind being picked up. She loves to play and prefers to be adventurous on her own terms. Reason is working on her confidence and socializing; she would do well in a home with other cats. If you would like to meet Reason, you can visit her at our store location at 38 Barberry Road.
Rebel
Rebel
Domestic Short Hair Black, with white markings Female Date of birth: September 2018 Rebel came to Rescue Siamese with Reason and Rhyme. She is the smallest kitten of the three, but she has a big heart! Rebel loves to purr and snuggle and play with her brother Rhyme. She also makes sweet cooing meows like a bird. If you would like to meet this sweetheart, you can visit Rebel at our store location at 38 Barberry Road.
Twinkle
Twinkle
Yukon
Yukon
Siamese Cross Lynx Point Female - spayed Date of birth: ~November 2017 *IN FOSTER HOME* Yukon was brought to us as a stray with her litter of kittens. She is quite affectionate, and loves to be pampered. She is playful, but is still a little skittish. This young mom is now ready for adoption! She came in with frost bite damage to her ears, but is a lovely young gal! She would do best in a home with another cat in order for her to become confident. If you would like to meet Yukon, please fill out an online adoption form so that we can arrange a meeting with her foster family.
Buster
Buster
Domestic Shorthair Orange tabby Male Date of birth: September 2018 Buster was found as a stray in the RM of Hanover. From his foster mom: "Buster has really come out of his shell in his time with us. He was the most nervous of his litter but now he can’t get enough pets and snuggles. He is curious, playful, snuggly, and chatty! He always wants to be in the same room as “his person” and has the biggest purr! He would still do best with another cat to help his confidence but he has been a total treat to foster!" If you would like to meet Buster, please fill out an online adoption form in order to arrange a visit his foster family.
Jackie Chan
Jackie Chan
Domestic Short Hair Grey & White Male - Neutered Date of birth: June 2007 Jackie Chan was originally adopted out as a kitten, but was abandoned at the Winnipeg Humane Society. He is a wonderful boy--very sweet, definitely a beta-personality. He is not super outgoing, but he does love to cuddle with his favourite humans at Rescue Siamese. While Jackie Chan gets along pretty well with other cats, he would do best in a home without small children. If you would like to meet this wonderful cat, you can visit Jackie Chan at our store location at 38 Barberry Road during regular store hours.
Texas
Texas
Domestic Short Hair Black Tabby Male Date of birth: June 2018 *IN FOSTER HOME - MEDICAL HOLD* Texas had a little bit of a sad start to life - he was the lone survivor of his litter, born to mom Arizona. His attachment to humans is stronger because of this, but is getting along with other quiet kittens and cats. Texas has the tabby markings, but his mom was a Seal Point Siamese Cross. He is a cool and calm fellow, and really loves to cuddle with other cats, and humans--he really knows how to purr! If you would like to meet Texas, please fill out an online adoption form to set up a meeting with his foster family.
Henna
Henna
Siamese Cross Lynx point Female - spayed Date of birth: November 2018 Henna was brought to us from the Pembina Valley Humane Society. She has had most of her teeth extracted, but is otherwise in good health. Henna is a sweet girl and is more on the shy side, but when she is more comfortable she likes to explore and snuggle with her favourite humans. Henna would do best in a home without other pets or small children. If you would like to meet this beautiful girl, you can visit her at our store location at 38 Barberry Road.
