Ophelia

Cornish Rex – Siamese Cross
Seal point with snowshoe markings
Female – Spayed
Date of birth: August 25th, 2017
Adoption fee: $129

Ophelia is a Cornish Rex with snowshoe markings who came into our care from her previous owner. This poor kitty was originally rescued after being sold by a Quebec breeder who completely declawed her, then was subsequently dumped via a Kijiji ad in Ontario. Lucky for her, a good Samaritan scooped her up and tried to make a good life for her.

Unfortunately, Ophelia doesn’t do well with other animals in the home. Cornish Rex cats are known for their vocal qualities and constant energy, and therefore we are looking for someone living in a detached home, with no other pets in the home, and who has the energy to keep this young gal active! She can be picky about her people and will sometimes warn with a quick bite when upset, which is common for declawed cats as they have lost their first line of defense.

Ophelia is a special girl with anxious tendencies. As such, we will be firm in requring that Ophelia goes to a quiet, mature home with no children and no other pets (no exceptions).

If you think you can give Ophelia a safe and loving forever home, please fill out an online adoption application.
