- Biography:Philip came into our care last fall from outside of the city.. He’s a sweet, shy soul who’s now ready to find a forever home of his own. Loud noises tend to startle him, so he’s looking for a calm, peaceful environment where he can truly feel safe. Philip gets along well with other gentle cats, though he hasn’t had the chance to meet any dogs yet. He does not like to be picked up but he does enjoy soft head pets and gentle scratches once he feels comfortable. This sensitive boy would thrive with a patient and understanding adopter who’s willing to let him settle in at his own pace.
