- Biography:Jack and Rose This bonded pair of BFFs came into the care of one of our fosters, when they became aware of a situation where their previous owner had to move overseas very suddenly. Luckily, they were able to open up their home to take them in on short notice and contacted us to get them on our waiting list to come into care under our rescue. Rose is the more outgoing of the two and is the first to approach new people to make friends. She’s a funny girl who is eager to share her toys if you’re willing to play with her! Jack is a bit more cautious, sitting back to observe new people and situations before he joins in on the action. He’ll slowly ease in and inch closer, eventually flopping over for belly rubs and joining Rose for some wild playtime zoomies! He becomes adorably fond of his favourite people and truly treasures just spending quality time with them. Once they get to know you, Rose and Jack are affectionate little love-bugs whose cuddles and happy purrs will melt your heart. Both sweethearts are a bit shy at first when placed in a new environment, but they will settle in and become your constant shadows, ready to “help” you out all around the house. They are currently living with two large dogs and another cat in their foster home, who they adore and love to play with! They would be happy soaking up all of your attention as the only pets in the home but would also have a blast as part of a multi-pet household. They met young children at an adoption event and reacted with some anxiety at their unpredictable movements and sounds, but older children were okay!
