Athena came in to our care last summer. Someone originally found her in the winter time in pretty rough shape. After repeated eye infections Athena was diagnosed with entropion, which is a genetic condition in which a portion of the eyelid rolls inward against the eyeball, causing irritation. As such, Athena’s eyes require a bit of attention to keep them clean. Athena is a little shy but loves to have her belly rubbed and is very sweet to everyone she meets. She would be fine in a home without small children (<10 years old ), possibly with a few furry friends so long as they were not too bossy.
If you would like to meet Athena, you can visit her at our store location at 38 Barberry Road.
